Type J566-LM/WC is the most Handy, efficient and Economical device to separate iron Contamination from Foundry scrap sand & Plastic granules. Made from High Coercively permanent magnets. Most useful for foundry, Plastic Industry & Scrap dealers. Size of the magnetic plate is 140mm (W) X 170 mm (L) X 25 mm height. Non magnetic stainless steel bumping plate facilitates to remove iron from the magnet which is collected from scrap or any other material.

Head Pulley Magnets provide continuous self cleaning on products conveyed by belt. As product is conveyed along the belt it reaches the head pulley and enters the magnetic field where metal contaminants are attracted and held tightly to the belt surface. As the belt is conveyed around the magnetic pulley, metal contaminants are held in place until they pass through the magnetic field where they are safely discarded separate from the clean product.

A diverter is typically installed below the pulley to direct the metal contaminants away from the cleaned product.

The Hump magnets employ two heavy duty diverters equipped spout magnets which are positioned so that product flowing through the hump is forced into the magnetic fields. Star Trace humps take advantage of the offset flow of the material and ensure maximum tramp metal removal from the product flow.

Utilize powerful plate magnets to remove contaminants from free-flowing materials in enclosed flow lines, large pieces of tramp iron as well as ferrous fragments from gravity-flow materials before they reach storage bins or processing equipment.

They can be mounted in spouting lines or on the processing machines. The hump shape directs the product flow into the magnetic field.

Balaji Magnetics Inline Separator is self-cleaning type of Magnetic Separation with Drive System and housing with feeding hopper. It is generally used in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and collected continuously in collecting chute meant for it. Non-contaminated material is passed through for further processing. This system has internal stationary magnet and outside S.S.316 |Shell that is driven at constant speed.

Single Drum Magnetic Separator : Single Drum Magnetic Separator is most useful for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity, for the purity of end products, recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery. Double Drum Magnetic Separator : Double Drum Magnetic Separators are available for highest purity. The material passes through the magnet twice in Double Drum type Machine. These are widely used for separation of iron contamination from Minerals, Chemicals, Refractory and many other products.

The Permanent Drum Separators are available in standard drum diameters of 300 mm. 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm Drum width range from 300 mm to 1500 mm. Other sizes can be made as special to your requirement. the larger the diameter and width of the drum the greater is the volume of material which can be handled.

Magnetic separators are offered with two different type of magnets.

The magnetic separator with ceramic magnet are useful for the application where free and larger iron particles are to be separated. The average magnetic intensity on the magnetic drum surface will be 1500-2000 Gauss.

The magnetic separator with high intensity Rare Earth Nd-Fe-B (Neodymium- Iron- Boron) magnets are useful for removing magnetic contamination with low magnetic properties and fine iron particles are to be separated. The average magnetic intensity on the drum surface will be 3500 – 5500 Gauss.

The permanent Magnetic Drum consists of stationery permanent Magnetic assembly having uniform and everlasting Magnetic field across the entire width of the drum, which is effective over approximately half the drum circumferences as shown in fig.

Drum shell made of non magnetic stainless steel revolves around the magnetic filed. As the material fed evenly from the chute falls over the drum, powerful magnetic, field attract & holds ferrous particles to the revolving shell. As the revolving shell carries the iron particles through the stationery magnetic field, the non magnetic material falls freely from the shell while ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of magnetic field.

The strength of the permanent magnetic drum is guaranteed to be greater than corresponding electromagnetic Drum. The permanent magnets used are everlasting magnets and its strength does not diminish during normal use and can be used through out the life of the installation.

Magnetic Floor Sweeper is widely used in collection of scraps from the shop floor, foundries & machine shop. The foot lever is provided to remove the scraps. The sweeper is mounted on wheels with handle and available in three sizes.

Permanent lifting magnet incorporate permanent magnets in conjunction with steel parts. The permanent lifting magnet provide the power for an indefinite period of time. For practical use the magnetic power of a permanent lifting magnet has to be turned ON and OFF. This is done mechanically. An external power source is not required which means that permanent lifting magnet can be used virtually anywhere. They are so-called “self contained” devices.

Permanent Magnetic Plates are designed in various sizes & strengths to meet with specific operation & plant conditions. Magnetic Plates are widely used for removing Tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual contamination from free flowing materials to protect against occasional damage to the plant caused by bits of iron.

Plate Magnets can ideally be used to remove tramp iron from the moving material carried in chutes ducts, spouts or on conveyor belts, screens and feed trays. Whether the material is plastic or paper pulp, food or fertilizer, Oil seeds or gains the result is sure protection of processing machinery and iron free final products.

The Suspension magnets are designed specifically for extraction of occasional tramp iron from material being carried by conveyor belt, vibratory feeder or gravity chute. The Suspension Magnet is suspended over the material being conveyed. Ferrous material is extracted and held against the magnet face Typical applications for the use of Suspension Magnets include the removal of iron from Coal, Stone, and Fertilizers, slag, gypsum, ores and similar materials where contamination by tramp iron is occasional.

We offer precision engineered suspension magnets that are used for separation of ferrous materials from ores, food grains, refractory material, dyes and many more. The separation is carried from a distance of 25mm to 300mm air gap. Our suspension magnets are customized as per the requirements of our clients and are available in varied sizes.

Hopper Magnet provide an efficient magnetic filtering to any hopper fed injection moulding, blow moulding, extruders, cattle feed plants, flourmills rice mills etc. Made up of high coercivity, permanent magnets sealed in non magnetic tubes they provide better magnetic filtering due to their high magnetic flux density.

This is a unique device to protect Plastic Extrudes/Maudling Machines against iron contamination such as Nuts, Nails, Iron Bits etc. and ensure the trouble free and smooth operation of the machine. Four standard sizes both in Round and square are available and can be selected on the basis of the size and shape of Hoppers. High power Magnetic Rods are provided which prevents any iron material to enter in to the Machine. Special size Hopper Magnets are also supplied. Most useful for Plastic, rice Mill, Flour Mills, Cattle feed & Guar Gum industries. Available in S.S. 304/316 construction also for Dyes & Chemical Industries.

The Wet drum separator NTS is used to remove very fine magnetisable components from low concentration, low-viscosity liquids. The NTS is intended for use in the metal processing industry and for the treatment of preconcentrates extracted from the high gradient magnetic filter HGF.

The liquid flows through a semicircular separating chamber beneath a stainless steel drum to which the magnet sable particles are attracted. The strong, high-gradient magnetic field is created by a cylinder consisting of permanent magnetic discs positioned within the drum. These special permanent magnets generate particularly high field gradients which are necessary for successful separation, as is the need with all magnetic separators.

For recovering magnetic / ferrosilicon in dense media plants and iron ores wet drum separators are primarily used. They remove contaminants from the product stream, increasing product purity and plant productivity. In the applications where the product purity is most essential the wet drum separators can use powerful rare earth magnets which can remove very fine and weak contaminants even from dense materials.

The liquid flows through a semicircular separating chamber beneath a stainless steel drum gather is a semicircular separating chamber through which the liquid flows. The cylinder consisting of permanent magnetic discs are positioned within the drum to which the magnetizable particles are attracted. By rotating the drum, the filter cake is lifted out of the slurry and the magnetic field.
