Drawer Magnets are ideal for removal of fine iron and paramagnetic contamination from a range of dry free flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea etc. They are totally constructed in 304 stainless steels. Consisted of a row or most commonly rows of round magnetic tubes that are assembled into drawers.

The magnetic bars emit high magnetic field across the gaps between them. As material flows into the top of the housing, it is forced to cascade in a zig-zag pattern from row to row over the magnetic tubes, this ensures maximum tramp metal capture since the product comes in direct and repeated contact with a magnet as it travels through the housing.

Housings are available for both square chutes and round pipelines and are flanged to suit each customer requirement for ease of installation.

Magnetic Liquid Traps are designed for heavy duty, large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems. They provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipments. They preserve product purity by removing small contaminants. So such separators are ideal for liquid purification.

Magnetic Bars containing high intensity rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets are housed within a 304 stainless steel vessel. Magnetic configuration ensures maximum exposure of contamination to the high intensity tubes without impeding liquid flow.

With its flange or quick release clamp top access design, the Trap is easy to be cleaned. Simply remove the top, lift out the magnet cage, wipe clean and reinstall.

The Coolant fluid with iron dust particles falling by gravity to the inlet of the seperator from the precision machine tools such as Grinders, Milling Machines, Automats etc. The coolant with iron impurities come into contact with Magnetic Drum and extracts all iron particles.

The Magnetic drum is kept clean at all times by a spring steel blade scrapping along the circumference.

A Rubber roller squeezes the sludges gathered to ensure that no coolant is wasted.

Grill magnets are constructed from magnetic filter bar, stainless steel and have a satin finish, then fixed onto a framework. The magnetic filter bar is made of permanent magnets and stainless tubes with special magnetic circuit. When liquor containing iron/steel substances passes through the framework, the iron/steel substances will be attached onto the surface of the filter bars. Magnetic tube are a simple low cost form of magnetic separation used in a variety of industries from food or plastics processing to chemical and powder processing. According to the environment of your product, these magnetic filter bars can be made with Alnico, Ceramic or Rare Earth magnet material. They can be easily installed into machinery or assembled according to the wishes of the customers. Encased in either 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes 25.4mm diameter. We offer them with either standard ferrite magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets (up to 5000, 10,000 gauss). We manufacture them specifically to the length requested by the customer. The sealed stainless steel ends are drilled and tapped for fixing purposes.
